These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://traveloperator.hexleondigital.com operated by Ceylon Discovery Holidays ("we," "our," or "us"). 1. Booking and Payments

  • Advance Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the tour, as per your invoice details.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation email.

2. Changes and Cancellations

  • By You: You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceylon Discovery Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
