If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund tiers apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour (e.g., due to insufficient group size or force majeure), you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us. We will process this refund within 14 days of cancellation.
No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour (e.g., missed meals, sightseeing stops, or early departure) once the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
